Father's Love Letter

My friend tag me a note in facebook and I found it amusing, soothing, and embracing. It is a good thing that even if you don't know Him, He's still there showing His great love for you, for each of us. This letter gave a great impact in my life for I don't have a good image of a father. So everyone like me who don't have a good image of a father, here is a letter of a FATHER who loves us dearly and He's just waiting for us to let Him in! MY CHILD . . .

You may not know me, but I know everything about you. Psalm 139:1

He is the exact representation of my being. Hebrews 1:3

He came to demonstrate that I am for you, not against you. Romans 8:31

And to tell you that I am not counting your sins. 2 Corinthians 5:18-19

Jesus died so that you and I could be reconciled. 2 Corinthians 5:18-19

His death was the ultimate expression of my love for you. 1 John 4:10

I gave up everything I loved that I might gain your love. Romans 8:31-32

If you receive the gift of my son Jesus, you receive me. 1 John 2:23

And nothing will ever separate you from my love again. Romans 8:38-39

Come home and I'll throw the biggest party heaven has ever seen. Luke 15:7

I have always been Father, and will always be Father. Ephesians 3:14-15

My question is…Will you be my child? John 1:12-13

An Open Letter of a Daughter to her Mothers.

Dear Mama,
Earlier, I received a call and a customer is greeting me a happy mother's day and that reminds me that it is Mother's Day on Sunday, May 8, I don't have anything for yet for you so I did this.. 
You and I had been separated before for quite a while and before you left the house we had a fight and I told you the worst words that I could ever tell "Wala kang kwentang ina" (you're not a worthy mother). And those words made you left me and my brother. That is my greatest regret in life. I wish I never said that, you don't even deserved it. When our reconciliation came, you were the the first one to ask forgiveness, and you hugged me so tight, like you long for me so much. I know right there and then that my sorry wasn't needed anymore, you forgave already. Thank you.


I felt your great love for me when I had a terrible sickness that almost killed me. You're there try to ease every pain that I felt, I know you didn't sleep well because you're looking after me, you bathed me cause I cannot do it on my own, and you even fed me. I remember you cleaning my mess without saying a word and you're taking every chance just to give us a comfortable life. I truly love you. You are the best cook we ever had.! But what really makes me proud that you take as your own child our half-siblings. I truly salute you for that. You love them as you love us. Thank you. 

Mama, I really want to thank you for everything. I know that no matter what happen we can always rely on you. When everyone condemns us you are there understanding us. I shall not judge you because I know everything you want is for our welfare. You know I love you so much. I am sorry for every pain and every fights that I have cause you. You said to me "Wag mo kasing dalhin lahat ng responsibilidad" (don't take all the responsibility) I know you still see us your baby. But Let me just tell you that later on. We can take all the responsibility and we will give back the love you've given to us. But I know I cannot do that because your love is rooted deep within your heart and you'll be loving over a lifetime. But here what I can promise to you, you will always be our mother and we will love you forever and nothing can ever take that away. I am not showing and saying it to you but I do love you and I am so proud of you.! I love you mama Issa. You are the best! Muah!

Aside from my mother there is someone that I like to recognize as well, a mother that loved me like her own child. Well, she is my lola, my grandmother. Remember when mother left us? She left us under the supervision of my lola. Lola became our second mother, like our mama she takes good care of us. In spite of her age she's doing everything she can to give us what we need. She's preparing our lunches. She's cooking for us even though she's not good at it but we used to her cooking and we love it even her adobo is nag-uumapaw sa sabaw. Haha. Even she only had one recipe called pa-cham we liked it. Also, she is always the most forgiving and understanding one. She is very supportive, and when she can, she will give us whatever we asked from her. She takes the smallest part of the whole chicken, she eats the food the we don't like. I loved her so much. 

Lola, you know I love you. I had told you, but I will tell once again. Thank you for everything even if you don't to, you take a good care of us all. You are the magnet the family. Many will say how come this family came is very much close to each other even if we are separated, it is because you are there. I am sorry whenever I raised the tone  of my voice on you. You don't deserved it at all. Thank you for my packed lunches. Thank you for always being forgiving and understanding. You know we love you and we will always here for you. And don't worry we will take care of you maybe not the way you cared for us cause no one in the world can match that but I promise it will lasts forever. 


I thank God for sending these two great mother. It is good enough to have one mother what more two great taking care of you. We are just so lucky to have you. You are such God's wonderful blessings to us. You are our true wealth and treasure. I love you both.

I have been a God's child since birth. Through the years, I've known Him mostly through songs like a 4-year old kid will sing El Shaddai songs with El Shaddai is the only distinctive lyrics. And then I saw the devotion of my lola (grandmother) to Our Mother of Perpetual, and so when I was in hhigh school I became a member of Youth for Mary and Christ, a marian youth movement who is taking Mary as our own model and with our goal of being a saint. It is so ironic that I who had been God's for years had experienced the deepest pains, but I shouldn't complain, shall I? Isn't Jesus said that "Anyone who wants to follow me, must took up his cross and follow me". But sometimes you can't really help but to question God but suddenly you can feel His presence surrounding you and saying 'it is okay my child I am here' and then you will feel peace. It is like a puzzle piece that each and every pain is a big part to create a whole picture of yourself.

I came from the broken family, believe me that is the least thing that you will want to happen in your family life. Broken relationship with your parents trying to build up a good relationship to your siblings. I could live poor, that is way easier than having a broken family. That's why, I don't know why did the number of broken families grow? Why did the parents, husbands and wives being married and then will separate at the end. Do they know that, that is the worst thing that could ever happen to their family. FA-M-ILY means Father, Mother, I Love You. How can the children feel their love if they are separated? Are they ever sorry to break their child's heart? Are they being too selfish? I understand that in some cases that there is a need for separation. Like for example, battered wife, husband or child. That might need a temporary separation. But not permanent, people can change. They say that family is the basic unit of the society so then if the family is broken so did the society, the state, the country. 

But you know what being in the presence of God healed me. He sends angels to love me. My grandmother is there acting as my mother, my aunt is there supporting us financially. I can't asked God for more. I saw God's plan to me. He wants me to be His witness. That even I came from a broken family still live in a life of service to God. With God's goodness I grew up well. I don't have any vices. I have good and real sets of friendship that don't lead me astray. Many children out there are came from a broken family also and I wanted to reach out to them. I wanted to tell them that it is okay to cry to God's shoulders. Alcohol, drugs, nicotine won't help them it will just worsen the feelings. BE GOD'S SERVANT. Be God's warrior. And I am telling you that no matter how heavy burdens might be. HE is Always Under Control. I know, I attest to that truth and I believe, that in some years my whole family will live in our dream house. 'Cause as of the moment God is working, healing is taking place to my family. He makes my mother reconcile with my father's family, so our two families get along together. I am living together with my siblings. My mother and father is visiting us once in a while. Sometimes my mother is sleeping with us, whenever we asked her too. We are getting there, maybe not now, not next year, but I know soon very soon, I will be walking down the stairs and I will see my whole family eating together and we will pray before meals like we used to, telling stories of how God blessed our day. And we will go out every Sundays to the Feast. It is my prayer everyday in my Novena to God's Love. And I ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
